pjstar get together

Is anyone planning on going to this? Sounds pretty good. I like free food and watching football on big screens. Any thoughts?

I cant go...we did one a long time ago and about 7-10 of the original posters showed up. It was fun.

Probably won't go. I try to stay on my side of the river as much as possible on weekends.

Nothing pisses me off more than getting home from work and my wife says. "We have to go to Peoria to <insert inane task here>"

I'm like: "I was JUST THERE. ALL DAY, at work. You wanted something from Peoria, you should've called me... I'd have grabbed it on the way home... or better yet, I'll get it tomorrow."

I'm actually blessed in that regard, because my wife also prefers to stay on this side of the river. We only go to Peoria if we absolutely have to.

FF13 had a great fire lastnight in the heart of the city.

Seems like you guys have had a lot of fires lately, with the arsons and everything.

Think I just saw it. The one on Hanssler? Sounds like you guys actually carried someone out. Good that nobody was injured. That's what it all about!

Yeah she was on the porch when we got there and the engine capt brought her to the sidewalk, thenme and the engineer from the truck brought her to a wheelchair and got back to the fire.
