Jamar Smith's new school....

I don't see how in the world anyone, including himself, can see this working while he is in college and competing in college athletics. IMO, he needs to get his life on track before jumping into another college (basketball program). He is no where near the right track now, and has proved he has learned nothing and/or has a serious problem. NO WAY he will be getting the help and support he needs by continuing his college basketball career further from home.

At some point you (Jamar and those supporting him) gotta realize, you have to make a change.

I hope I'm wrong. You'll never convince me, though, that throwing him into similar circumstances (another college and basketball program), that he has failed multiple times in with everything to lose, is the right solution. Some people don't realize the risk of losing everything, until they actually lose everything. I think Jamar falls in that category.

I got this from an Indiana basketball board. USI is near Evansville and many of the posters are from the area. None have anything good (generally speaking they aren't a negative group) to say about Jamar's new coach.

I believe USI is IN Evansville.
