I figured I could get some answers on this board. I went to work Monday morning and when I got home today the thread was gone. Richard Wood is one of those guys you can throw a rope and just wait, he'll take care of the rest. It fun to watch, would love to see what his BP is when he is on the board, bet it is through the roof.

The RW/QND thread is also gone.....Cant even remember what the tone was, any idea on why that went.

Regarding Burch, I was talking to a Woodruff guy last night and he told me that Burch spent the summer in jail for grand theft auto.....this guy is pretty involved with Woodruff?

I wont divulge that and I would never talk about this on PJstar..Im just saying that is what I have heard,,,and I have heard that several times from several people. I know how rumors can ger distorted and spread, and quite frankly I dont even care about this, but there is no denying that the story is out there and has been for some time.

You want me to fan the flames a little?

I am not saying 100% Thorney knew the kid wasn't elligible.....but the school sure did.

They knew before school even started.

You can do whatever you want over there. I really dont even care what the story is.

and as far as Im concerned I will be ok if I never talk about it again, but it keeps bringing itself up and people continue to talk about it. I mean, its not often that the IHSA steps in an rules a game a forfeit. Htere must be some teeth to the story somewhere....right?

By the way I thnk you have handled this situation very well. Kids at this age do not need there business spread throughout the city. I am sure that whatever he has done wrong you have helped him to make better choices in the future.
