So it was RW coaches who turned Burch in?
My source says Burch was just a passenger in the car, blew a 0.0 BAC, etc. So, why did the school suspend him? What was the AC violation?

Re: Interesting thread on PJStar
Just checked PJ Star Board and didn't see a Woody/RHS thread.
Actually Woody gets RHS at a good time. The Knights come off their first loss of the season and should be a bit dissapointed that they gave one away.
Woody has nothing to lose in this one. They can leave it all out on the field. I'd hate to see this game turn into a "thug fest". No need for that. That would only look bad on Woody and their coaching staff. I don't expect anything but a solid game from both teams.

Again I didn't see the thread, but Lord only knows what the RHS's backers posted. Most of them aren't the brightest bulbs on the tree. Its amazing to me we can sit in the same stadium and yet seem to be watching two different games. My views of the RHS/QND are a lot different then the views of the Richwoods backers on the PS star forums. JB excluded of coarse, he seems to be the only one that understands the game.

Richard Woods is a combo of the two smartest posters on the board. It is almost like he can read my mind sometimes. Best poster on the PJ Star Boards period.

Don't see why it would be a "Thug Fest".

That's the puzzle. Not a stolen car, 0.0 BAC.. where's the AC violation? They had to give a reason, even if was faulty/flawed.

By "thug fest" I mean a lot of stupid unnecessary penalties. "Jawing" back and forth pushing and shoving back and forth after the whistle. The kind of pennalties that drive coaches crazy.

We havent had much of that in a few years...I would imagine Richwoods doesn't worry much about that either.

That thread was doomed from the beginning. With 'Lil Warriors opening post, well, those type of threads don't last long. Both sides were getting chippy with each other after that.Coach Thornton wrote:Anyone know what got the thread dropped on PJS?

I posted in it early one but then it was gone so I dont know....All I asked was about RW having something to do with the whistle being blown.....
Poster Richard Woods has been more vocal latley for some reason, I know him and he is sort of a tool.

Coach Thornton wrote:BW, even though all was dismissed they said it was still a violation, because alcohol was "mentioned" in the original ticket. No stolen car either...not sure where that rumor came from.
So, the original charge was Illegal Transportation of Alcohol? In my (sad) experience, they write up a ticket for every open container in the car, up to the number of people in the car at the time. We were stopped for ITA once on the way back from WIU, and we had policed up the park and collected all the beer cans, good rugby citizens that we were. There were 2 open containers still with alcohol in them, and the cop said, "the driver gets one ticket, who wants the other?"
If Tyshawn was riding around in a car (stolen or not) with guys who had open containers, then that sounds like a AC violation to me.
